From selecting the right furniture to crafting custom layouts, we’ll guide you through each phase of the design process, making sure every decision feels effortless and exciting. The Process

I. PRE-DESIGN

Complementary Call: Email us to schedule your complementary call to get to know you, your project and goals.
Design Consultation: In this two hour in person consultation We talk about your vision, goals, any design dilemmas in great detail, survey your spaces, take measurements and images. We discuss budgets, timeline, talk about your personal style and explore ideas and options that can be tailor made to fit your goals and lifestyle.

II. DESIGN-DEVELOPMENT

Customized Proposal: With a preliminary scope of work, we create a customized proposal for your project. Once a retainer is provided, we begin the design development process.
Design presentation: We will present design concepts, layout drawings, color schemes, mood boards, physical samples for a new re-imagined space.
Large projects may require phased presentations.
Detailed Design Package: After approval we create a curated design package with approved concept, approved drawings, approved finishes and specific product links prior to procurement.

II. DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION - ADMINISTRATION

We prepare schedules for interior items and as finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and custom items are approved, we begin the ordering process and manage these moving parts. We work to ensure smooth delivery for furniture items. We’ll take the stress out of the process and deal with any potential problems.
For smaller non custom projects, client ordering from links provided in design package is available. We are here to assist you as much or as little as you would like.
For custom projects, we collaborate with the Architect, contractors and trade suppliers for a smooth construction and project administration process.
After product arrival, receive final room styling, decor and reveal.
