Whether you are refining a residential space or evaluating a commercial environment, this session is designed to bring focus and momentum to your project. We approach each consultation with the same discipline and intention that guides our full-scale work—helping you see your space more clearly and move forward with confidence.

A Focused, Intentional Process

I. DESIGN CONSULTATION

  1. Discovery Call: We begin with a complimentary 15-minute call to understand your space, your goals, and what you hope to achieve during the consultation. Then, select a date and time that works for you for an in person design consultation within our SouthWest Colorado service areas.

2. In-Person Consultation: This 90-minute consultation provides real-time design expertise for your residential or commercial project. Together, we address your questions, challenges, and ideas—offering professional insight, strategic recommendations, and practical solutions to guide your next steps.

Our focus is to help you make informed decisions that feel intentional rather than overwhelming.

II. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION
What sets this consultation apart


Following the consultation, you will receive a curated material board and documentation reflecting the products, finishes, and recommendations discussed during our session. This includes specific selections and sourcing links to support confident implementation.


What’s Included: For in person consultations contact us prior to purchasing. Virtual consultations are via zoom. Please have camera on for a virtual walkthrough of your space and tape measurement ready. Note that if you want a whole room redesign, refer to our full service package for more information. With this design consultation you will receive:

  • A 90-minute consultation covering one or multiple spaces
    (In person within Southwest Colorado or virtually via Zoom)

  • Thoughtful review of your commercial or residential spaces, vision goals, challenges and expert guidance on layouts, materials, finishes, furnishings and style.

  • Professional insight drawn from commercial, healthcare, hospitality and residential design experience.

  • A post consultation summary with referenced products and links.

  • In-person consultations are within our Southwest Colorado Area only

  • For virtual consultations out of our Southwest region, please have camera on for a virtual walkthrough of your space and tape measurement ready.

  • This service is best suited for guidance and direction to get the start of your project in the right direction; for full room redesigns please explore our Full Service Design Offerings

  • Consultations must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance

  • Cancellations within 5 days of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable
